Rare Pediatric Disease imaging agents designed for more than just disease diagnosis.

clinical management

staging of cancer

evaluation of response

For many children, the current standards of rare pediatric disease diagnosis include painful bone marrow aspirations, lumbar punctures, and brain biopsies.[6] Use of PET provides an alternative to these highly invasive procedures.

AIP-104: PET Imaging Agent for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)

ALL is a cancer of the lymphoid line of blood cells which progresses rapidly. AIP’s product detects cellular proliferation in
neoplastic lesions associated with ALL.

AIP-107: PET Imaging Agent for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG)

DIPG is a highly aggressive and difficult to treat cancer found at the base of the brain. AIP's product detects hypoxic cells which are resistant to treatment.

Invasive procedures like brain biopsies or bone marrow aspirations have moderate specificity for disease detection and staging at best and take time to receive results.

At AIP we're providing a highly specific,

non-invasive diagnostic procedure offering  immediate results.

Our PET imaging agents for Rare Pediatric Diseases will accelerate the creation of therapies for conditions that, for many children, have no cure.
